Colorado Lemon Laws

Colorado Lemon Laws cover "A self-propelled private passenger vehicle, including pickup trucks and vans, designed primarily for travel on the public highways and used to carry not more than 10 persons. Excludes motor homes and motorcycles."

Manufacturers are entitled to 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service before it qualifies under Colorado  Law as a Lemon.

Cars are covered under the Colorado  Lemon Law for Warranty period or 1 year.
