Maine Lemon Laws

Maine Lemon Laws cover "Any vehicle purchased or leased. Excludes commercial vehicles over 8,000 pounds."

Manufacturers are entitled to 3 repair attempts or 15 business days out of service before it qualifies under Maine Law as a Lemon.

Cars are covered under the Maine  Lemon Law for 2 years or 18,000 miles.
