Nevada Lemon Laws
Nevada Lemon Laws cover "A new motor vehicle normally used for personal, family or household purposes, except a motor home or off-road vehicle."
Manufacturers are entitled to 4 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service before it qualifies under Nevada Law as a Lemon.
Cars are covered under the Nevada Lemon Law for Warranty period or 1 year.
